Wal-Mart

Adena Construction Management in Mansfield Ohio oversaw the new Wal-Mart in Fort Wright. They contracted with One Eleven for constructions take out of the site, parking lot,storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water lines, and all of the proposed infrastructure including the building.

5290 Madison Pike Office Building

Located in Independence, KY beside the One Eleven building, this professional/office site can also be utilized as warehouse space. Advo

The 14 acre ADVO site on Dixie Highway in Florence is a division of the national direct mail company ADVO. Through Paul Hemmer Construction, One Eleven did construction stakeout of the site, parking lot, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water lines, and all of the proposed infrastructure including the 137,000 sf building.
