This is a mix use site, with an estimated completion date
of Fall
2007. Located at the corner Mt Zion and Bristow Road, Mt Zion Road
will be designed as an urban east-west corridor consisting of 4-5 lanes of
traffic from I-75 to Route 17.

Woods
A new phase of Burlington Woods
(intersection of Rogers Lane and Holly Hil) is now open to builders. One Eleven performed the engineering design work,
ran it through the approval process and laid out all the utilities, streets,
and infrastructure.

Christian Church
Lakeside Christian Church seats 1400 worshippers but
parking at the church is limited, forcing people to park at a building on
the other side of the trees. To help ease this problem One Eleven will
be doing the site survey and engineering work to expand the parking lot.

Richwood Flea Market
After suffering severe wind damage from a
storm in 2006, owners of the Richwood Flea Market decided to replace the
entire building. One Eleven is preparing the site plan and doing
construction stake-out for the new building.

Between Gunpowder Road and Weaver
is Sunny Brook Drive. At the end of this road is the new Sunny
Brook Farms subdivision where One Eleven performed the engineering design
work, ran it through the approval process and laid out all the utilities,
streets, and infrastructure.

One Eleven did all of the
engineering design and permit gathering for this development in
Independence, KY. This
subdivision is located west of Independence
Station Road on Cody Road and south of Webster Road. Builders interested in
