 Wal-Mart
Adena Construction Management in
Mansfield Ohio oversaw the new Wal-Mart in Fort Wright.
They contracted with One Eleven for
construction stakeout of the site, parking lot, storm sewer, sanitary sewer,
water lines, and all of the proposed infrastructure including the building.

Pike Office Building
Located in Independence, KY
beside the One Eleven building, this professional/office site can also
be utilized as warehouse space. All of the second floor space is available

Carspen's Creek
When the builders of Carspen's Creek were developing Phase 2 they called
on One Eleven Engineering & Surveying. Carspen's Creek
development is located off Gunpowder Road, which is west of the I75/71 Mt
Zion exit.

ADVO
The 14 acre
ADVO site on Dixie Highway in Florence is a division of the national direct mail
company ADVO. Through Paul Hemmer Construction, One Eleven did
construction stakeout of the site, parking lot, storm sewer, sanitary sewer,
water lines, and all of the proposed infrastructure including the 137,000 sf building. |
